Important for new customer:
Send your company information (delivery address, company name & form, contact phone number) to wisser@handbag-asia.com and let us know what product you are interested in. If you wish to order your own design, simply send us the product drawing with all helpful information about this product. Once received this information we will reply within 12 hours. Make your inquiry as clear s possible, so our sales team can work out details such as prices and delivery time without delay.
Minimum order:
Handbags: Minimum order 250 PCS (Mixed color possible, 25 PCS per color)
Photo frames: Minimum order 250 PCS (Per color and design!)
Jewelry Bags: Minimum order 1000 PCS (Per color and design!)
Wine bags & Cosmetic Bags: Minimum order 500 PCS (Per color and design!)
Silk Invitation Boxes: Minimum order 100 PCS (Per color and design!)
Cushion & Decor: Minimum order 250 PCS (Mixed color possible, 25 PCS per color)
Sample order:
1) You can order samples, we will charge the sample cost plus a 100% refundable deposit (Refundable if you order same design as sample in our minimum order quantity).
2) You can place a trial order (MOQ 250 PCS, mixed designs from stock)
Products are shipped upon availability from stock or will be produced new in our factory.
Before you order, please contact our sales (nangfa79@gmail.com) for prices and inform us about your business and company. If you need any support or you have question about quality and our service, please do not hesitate to call us or e-mail us! We are here to serve you anytime.
After you agree with our policy and conditions, please select the article, shown online and the color and send us an RFQ (request for quotation) including your delivery address and contact phone number.
Once we (NANGFA Manufacturing Co.,Ltd.) received your RFQ we will quote all details including shipping cost and ex factory prices per article.
Standard packing (transparent bags) and boxes are free of charge, customized packing will be quoted upon request.
We reserve the right to refuse shipping to anyone for any reason. Shipments can be delayed 7-10 days, depending on how busy our factory is.
Payment Terms:
After you placed an order you can pay by transfer (T/T) to our account in Thailand or by PayPal (Creditcard and Money Transfer). For PayPal we charge a fee of 3% of the total order value in USD. For orders under a total value of USD 1500,00 we require 100% advanced payment, for orders over 1500,00 USD 50% advanced payment and 50% balance payment before we ship the order out. L/C is accepted, depending on the total order amount.
Lead time:
The lead time is determined by the order quantity and product you ordered. Here are some experience lead times: 200 silk invitation boxes take usually 10-12 days until they will get packed and shipped to the customer, 250-500 mixed design silk handbags take 3-4 weeks, 1000 shopping bags or cushion take around 10 days, 1000 jewelry bags or cosmetic bags l 10-12 days. Of course it is always depending on how difficult the design you ordered is (how many details such as embroidery, screen, embellishments, etc.)
