Online order. Every customer has the fully responsibility to pay the cost after placing an online/e-mail order.
Minimum order requirements for our invitation designs: 100 PCS per design and color for silk invitation boxes, envelopes and holder
250 PCS minimum order, 50 PCS per design, 25 PCS per colour for bags, cushion, table runner.
For photo frames and silk boxes the minimum order is 250 PCS per color and design, for jewelry bags, wine bags and cosmetic bags we require 500 PCS minimum order.
Trial orders and sample orders can be placed, an availability of the products have to be requested with us before.
In special cases (large orders, long term customer) customer can place custom made orders with their own embroidery or design. Invitation boxes, folder and pads can be ordered also without embellishment (no buckle & ribbon or no brooch and ribbon) or with other options instead. Most of our fabrics including 100% hemp, 100% Thai silk, 100% dupioni silk and cotton can appear in the origin always different than on our color swatches or online chart due to the nature of the fabric.
Handbag-Asia.com will send sample or trial orders to the delivery address provided by the customer when he/she filled our registration page to register a wholesale account. Handbag-Asia.com will not be responsible for any lost of parcels caused by wrong address filled by the customer and the customer will be responsible for caused cost due to delivery failure (P.O. Box or other). Customer must fill the correct delivery address, contact phone number and e-mail address in the registration form.
We require the company name (if you are a company), address and VAT Registration Number or Tax Id (If you are a company) from every new customer before we quote prices or send out any further information about our company. Individuals can place orders from us as well.
Before we start processing new orders we wait for the full or deposit payment or the customer order. For orders under a total value of USD 1500,00 we require 100% advanced payment, for orders over 1500,00 USD 50% advanced payment and 50% balance payment before we ship the order out.
Products are shipped upon availability from stock or will be produced new.
Exchange only allowed for defective products within 7 days from the shipping date accompanied with the invoice. - Exchange must be in its original packagings and must be new. No returns on any opened, used, or presold items.
